The Western Orange County Self-Funded Workers' Compensation Agency, a California joint powers authority, was formed in 1997. It was established to operate a self insurance program for workers' compensation claims against and involving member public educational agencies.
The Agency is under the direction and control of a Board of Directors. A President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer are elected by the Board of Directors from its Member representatives.
